At MRCOOL HVAC Supply, we want to ensure your home comfort systems meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all HVAC components, including remotes and installation hardware, are securely packed in their original manufacturer boxes to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and RMA form to the exterior of your pallet or parcel, then drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
